Playschemes

White Lodge Centre runs a number of fun and dynamic play and youth schemes which are all designed specifically for disabled children and young people. We have numerous schemes at easily accessible venues in Runnymede, Spelthorne and Elmbridge*. Most of our schemes run during the Easter and Summer holidays, with some youth provision on Saturdays.

Our members enjoy an exciting and engaging activity programme. The four to 12 year old schemes enjoy activities such as arts and crafts, music and drama, cookery, construction and fun outdoor games. We often have visitors come to our schemes who spice things up even more with great activities like face painting, music workshops, providing bouncy castles and bringing along farm animals.

With our teen schemes, many of the members enjoy participating in the planning. This ensures we end up doing things that they really want to do! Our teens enjoy going out and about in the local community to enjoy restuarants, the latest hollywood blockbuster, bowling, swimming, shopping and climbing - just to name a few!
