Rendezvous Saturday Club Supervisor

Salary: £13.05 per hour.  FTE £24,429.60 (Pro-rata £5,428.80)
Hours: 52 week contract, working 4 Saturdays a month from 9am - 5pm.

White Lodge Centre supports disabled children, young people and adults, families and carers in Surrey and the surrounding areas.
We are looking for an exceptional Youth Scheme Supervisor to have responsibility of our Rendezvous Saturday Club. This runs 4 Saturdays each month (the 1st,  2nd,  3rd and 4th Saturday) and the applicant will need to be available to Supervise each session. Staff  do not work if there is a 5th Saturday in the month.
As the Rendezvous Saturday Club Supervisor, you must have

  • NVQ (or equivalent) Level 2/3 in a childcare relevant subjects (i.e. Child Care and Education, Health and Social Care etc)
  • A full driving license with business insurance is desirable
  • Knowledge of OFSTED  regulations and inspections
  • Experience of working with teenagers
  • Enthusiasm to develop the role
  • Ability to plan age appropriate activities whilst supporting members in accessing the community

Full support and training are provided for this role.

This post is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service check at an enhanced level, two references and an Occupational Health check. After a 6 month probationary period you will be entitled to six weeks annual leave and pension benefits after 3 months.
