Transition & Personal Support Worker - PERMANENT

Salary: £9.99 per hour
Various contracted hours up to a maximum of 36 hours

White Lodge Centre supports disabled children, young people and adults, families and carers in Surrey and the surrounding areas.
This role may involve Monday to Friday supporting disabled children and their family at the start and end of the day. Weekends will include supporting other children and young adults to access a variety of opportunities, such as leisure activities and or activities which develop life skills in the community.
You should enjoy and be confident in your ability to work with disabled children and young adults. Work includes early mornings, evenings and weekends, and therefore, flexibility & initiative are crucial. We would consider a job share for this post. 

Ideally you will have a relevant level 2/3 qualification (e.g. NVQ Health and Social Care).

The successful candidate will be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service check at an enhanced level, two references and an Occupational Health check.  This post attracts six weeks annual leave, equivalent, plus bank and public holidays and a pension scheme.
