'Regaining Confidence After a Stroke'

To be held at White Lodge Centre, this eight week course is designed to:
• provide an opportunity to share experiences and solutions with others; and
• give information and advice that will promote your recovery and well being after a stroke.

2 6 May Setting realistic targets and reaching your goals
3 13 May Worry and doubt: how to overcome anxiety
4 20 May Understanding the impact on others in your life
5 3 June Living differently and coping with change
6 10 June Coping with feelings of gloom and depression
7 17 June I’m still me: living a new life
8 24 June Summing up: the way forward

Courses will be held on Tuesday afternoons between 2.00pm and 4.00pm.
You will need to make your own transport arrangements.
