Treetops Administrator

Salary: £9.52 per hour

Hours: 20 hours per week – Flexible hours, in accordance of Rota Planning and Coordinators Discretion

Treetops is our 6 bedroom short breaks unit for disabled children and young people up to the age of 18. We are seeking to appoint an administrator to support the Registered Manager at our prestigious short break unit. Duties are varied and tasks may include: -

  • Monitoring
  • Rota planning
  • Filing
  • Answering the phone and managing enquiries
  • Actioning messages
  • Risk assessment writing and updating
  • Knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Excellent written communication and numerical skills 
  • Flexible approach to your work
  • Liaising with parents and social workers
  • Supervising and monitoring staff
  • Updating policies and procedures in line with the service requirements
  • Quarterly report writing
  • Minute taking at staff meetings

The successful applicant will be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service at enhanced level, two references and an Occupational Health check.  After a 6 months’ probationary period you will be entitled to six weeks’ annual leave and pension benefits after 3 months.
