Tough Mudder

Take on the ultimate obstacle course challenge with 12 obstacles over 5k or push yourself further with 20+ obstacles over 15k.

It is up to you, your team, and a few muddy strangers to work together and conquer the course, all in support of White Lodge and disability inclusion.

Taking place in Henley-on-Thames on Saturday 9 May, this is the muddiest challenge you will face this year.
