Support Worker

Department: Working with children
Salary: £21,730 - £25,980

The Role As a Support Worker, you will undertake a range of support activities for the young people using our service. Working closely with Senior Support Workers and the Registered Manager, you will plan and provide leisure activities and prepare meals and refreshments. You will teach and assist young people, maintaining respect for them at all times, helping manage their personal hygiene, ensuring they are comfortable, and providing appropriate communication tools. Additionally, you will: - Administer medication - Report any changes or concerns to the Senior Support Worker - Contribute to risk assessments - Assist with hoists, frames and manual handling

Senior Support Worker

Salary: £27,031.68

The Role As a Senior Support Worker, you will support and ensure the safety of the young people using our Treetops service. Treetops offers a home away from home environment with additional support to enhance the skills and understandings of young people. Planning and delivering leisure activities, you will help our young people work towards their individual goals, alongside preparing their meals and refreshments and administering medication. You will also provide exceptional leadership to your team, carrying our risk assessments and ensuring they are actively working towards the goals of those they support and meeting their health needs. Please note, due to our open and collaborative working environment and the nature of our work with children and adults with disabilities, all our office-based roles can experience periods of elevated noise levels and some elements of disruption.

Night Support Worker

Department: Working with children
Salary: £14,435

The Role As a Support Worker, you will undertake a range of support activities for the young people with disabilities using our service. Working closely with Senior Support Workers, you will plan and provide leisure activities, prepare meals and refreshments, and ensure the emotional and physical wellbeing of the children and young people are maintained at all times. You’ll also undertake cleaning duties, assist staff with signage and PECs and support the day staff with administrative and IT related tasks, such as producing documentation and auditing. Please note, due to our open and collaborative working environment and the nature of our work with children and adults with disabilities, all our office-based roles can experience periods of elevated noise levels and some elements of disruption.

Play and Youth Support Worker

Paediatric Therapy Assistant Practitioner

Department: Working with children
Salary: £15,047.76.

As a Children's Therapy Admin Assistant, you will support our therapy team in providing specialist therapy services to babies and children aged 0-5 with Cerebral Palsy and similar neuro-developmental conditions. Delivering therapy programmes, you will set up and use specialist equipment and assist in clinics and group sessions to help children reach their full potential and actively participate in everyday activities.
