Festive Raffle Tickets

White Lodge is excited to launch its Festive Raffle with amazing prizes, including: BA Business Class flights to North America or the Caribbean, a Eurotunnel short stay break, and more. 

You can get tickets from Pathways Reception or Rendezvous at White Lodge or at the following events:

• 29 November at White Lodge's festive wreath making event
• 1 December at West Byfleet Social Clubs Christmas Fair
• 7 December at Chertsey Goose Fair

You can buy tickets over the phone. Call us on 01932 567131 & we will take your details and give you your ticket numbers. 

To pay for your raffle tickets, complete your details on the stubs and return them to White Lodge with your payment. You can do this in the following ways:

• Bring them into White Lodge with cash or cheque payment
• Bring them into White Lodge & pay by card at Reception
• Post the stubs with a cheque - please do not send cash
• Post the stubs & pay over the phone by calling 01932 567131 to pay by card, you will need to give us your stub numbers. 

All proceeds help support White Lodge, which provides essential services to over 1,500 people with disabilities and neurodiversity.

We support people across Surrey by offering services for all ages, from birth through to adulthood. It costs approximately £3 million to keep White Lodge running. £700,000 of this has to be raised through fundraising.

Terms & Conditions

Introduction

By participating in the competition, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. The raffle is being run by White Lodge Centre, registered charity number 286238, the raffle is registered with Runnymede Council – 012961.

Eligibility to Enter

The competition is open to entrants who are at least 18 years of age or older.

By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you. 

The Prizes

• The first prize is two business class return flights to any British Airways operating airport in North America or the Caribbean. These have been donated by Belron International and must be redeemed from them within 6 months of the prize draw.

• The second prize is a £500 voucher for a two night B&B stay, for 2 people, at any Young’s pub with rooms, valid until 26 September 2025. Contact Young’s to book your stay.

• The Butcher’s Selection Hamper will need to be collected within 48 hours of being notified.

• Other raffle prizes are subject to the general terms and conditions in this document.

• The use of specific brands as prizes by White Lodge Centre does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.

• The prizes above are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.

• We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.

• White Lodge Centre's decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner Announcement

The winners of the raffle draw will be chosen at random and notified by phone or email address provided on 18 December 2024. No personal data will be shared during the live draw.

White Lodge Centre will make two attempts to contact the winners via phone or email. Perishable goods will need to be collected within 48 hours of being notified.

If the winner does not respond to the emails informing them of their win within one month of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and White Lodge Centre reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

Delivery of the Prize

The winner will have 14 days to collect physical & voucher prizes (with the exception of the Butcher’s Selection Hamper- see above); otherwise, alternative collection or delivery arrangements can be made through mutual agreement.

Data Protection and Publicity

You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by White Lodge Centre for the purposes of administering the competition and for other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.

The winner's first name will be announced on White Lodge Centre's website and social media channels.

Limitation of Liability

White Lodge Centre accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating in the raffle or being selected for a prize.

General

White Lodge Centre reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the raffle or amend these terms and conditions.
